The Vixen Hat

Where in the world has time gone? I could have sworn that it was just September yesterday! Well, let’s get back on track, shall we?

There have been so many changes around the Cauldron lately and I can’t wait to share all of them with you. Some will have to wait until Solstice, but I can share the rest. We have moved! The kids and I decided, once again, to move in together and save up for something big. This time, we’re saving up for some acreage out west. Where, exactly, is still being decided. I’m looking forward to the open skies and stark beauty of the northern New Mexico area, Anthony is longing for oak trees, and Brianna would like “green” and four seasons. Luckily, there are some areas in the New Mexico and Colorado areas that are within our budgets.

What will we do once we get there? Each of us has a plan for our own houses. Mine will be large enough to hold the studio and my living spaces, but will also be small enough that it feels cozy. I plan to have a large porch that will be great for knitting or other yarns crafts and, once things are completed, I will certainly be hoping some of you might visit!

For now, however, I’ve gotten the studio set up in the new house and am looking forward to playing with even more colors soon.

The annual yarn clubs are up! Yes, that’s right, plural! This year we will explore the Magical Forest and Ocean Fantasy. There is a coupon code for the early birds, too. Type in (or copy/paste) ENCHANTED15 for 15% off the listings. This coupon expires on December 8 and there will be a new coupon for 10% off. If you’re looking for a special present for yourself, this might be the perfect one! A year of special yarns and a charm bracelet filled with sweet designs that can be used as removable stitch markers (a new cahrm each month).

The Vixen Hat

The Vixen Set is nearing completion! The Vixen Hat is live and also has a coupon code that expires on the 8th of this month. The Vixen mitts are going through their final stages and will be released around the end of December. After that? Well, there is a fantastic shawl in the works for 2019! I can’t wait to share it with you.

I hope that you are all having a wonderful season so far.
